01 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and ace677 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ace677 website, mobile site, software, games, betting markets, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the ace677 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be considered severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ace677 with respect to your use of the Services, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the ace677 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

03 Account Registration & Verification

Each player may register only one account on the ace677 platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• Your date of birth.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. ace677 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your ace677 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. ace677 does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for checking any applicable charges with your payment provider before initiating a deposit.

For verified accounts in good standing, withdrawal processing times are typically under 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions, and under 24 hours for bank transfer channels.

05 Bonus & Promotion Policy

In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting promotion mechanics in ways not intended — will have their bonus balances forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.

5.3 Seasonal Promotions

ace677 regularly issues seasonal promotional offers tied to the Bangladesh cricket calendar, including BPL season, ICC T20 World Cup periods, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). The terms of seasonal promotions are published alongside each offer and are subject to availability and change without prior notice.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated completion period, will expire automatically without compensation. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the ace677 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event. Ignorance of applicable rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or reversal of a settled bet.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace677 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the platform to launder money.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

7.2 Responsible Communication

08 Account Suspension & Closure

ace677 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting ace677 support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

ace677 offers a formal self-exclusion programme for players who wish to restrict their own access to the platform for a defined period. Self-exclusion periods are available for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. 8.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach
